How much does elopement photography in the alps Cost?
Photography-only coverage in the Alps starts at €5400, and my most popular package is €8400. Every elopement photography package includes a gallery of high-resolution images that you have full download and print access to, as well as custom location guides, planning calls, timeline building, questionnaires, travel fees, and my local expertise.

Can we legally get married in the Alps as foreigners?
It depends on the destination, but most couples don’t. The majority of couples choose to legally marry before or after their trip, then exchange personal vows during their elopement. Legal ceremonies in the Alps typically involve a lot of bureaucratic paperwork, and often must take place at a civil registry, not in nature.
If you do want to legally marry during your elopement, we recommend working with a professional service to handle the paperwork.
Do we have to hike?
Not at all! While many locations involve a short walk (often 15-20 minutes), hiking is never required. We help you choose locations that match your comfort level, and you’ll never feel out of your depth.
Can we elope with guests?
Yes. Elopements can include guests, typically 10-15 people (sometimes more for micro weddings). If you’re inviting loved ones, we often recommend extended or multi-day coverage so you can enjoy both private time and time with family or friends without feeling rushed. For groups of 8+, we recommend securing a small venue due to land usage constraints.
How far in advance should we plan Our Elopement in the Alps?
We’ve helped couples plan elopements anywhere from 48 hours (one of our proudest moments!) to 18 months in advance. Because we work with a limited number of couples each year, we recommend reaching out 12–15 months ahead if you want the best date availability.
Are you elopement planners too?
We’re not full-service planners, but we provide extensive planning support as part of our photography and videography packages, including location guidance, timelines, vendor recommendations, and detailed planning resources.
For couples who want vendors booked for them or on-the-ground coordination for micro weddings, we offer an optional full-service planning add-on with a trusted local planner.
